Sunsets in Key West are legendary. Sunsets in Key West seen from your own boat are EPIC. That’s all we set out to do this evening – watch another wonderful sunset, but then all hell broke loose. It appears the natives are restless and they’re at war with the United States Coast Guard!!

When it was all said and done, the Conch Flag was still waiving proudly on the stern of SV Hindu

In the end, no vessels were sunk and no one was injured, though I’m sure there will be some hangovers tomorrow! These Conchs (that’s what you call a native Key Wester) know how to defend themselves AND have a lot of fun in the process!
