Great Day to be at Sea!

All is forgiven. The fight we had with the Mistress of the Sea last night is long forgotten. A good day at sea will do that! It has still been a bit rough, but the wind shifted further south today, allowing us to sail a close reach and make good time towards our goal of Fort Myers. In addition the sun shone most of the day, allowing us to lounge in the cockpit like lizards. All in all, it has been a great day. Hey, we just passed within about 10 miles of the East Flower Gardens, those miracle corral reefs that shouldn’t be alive here!

BTW, I LOVE our new navigation system. It is working flawlessly, but I still have a lot to learn about it….
